Board of Review
The Board of Review is made up of the Township Supervisor and three members appointed by the Township Board to two-year terms. Members must be qualified electors, and at least two must also be township landowners and taxpayers.
What Does the Board of Review Do?
The Board of Review:

Reviews property assessments prepared by the assessor

Hears appeals from property owners about their assessments

Makes corrections when appropriate

Certifies the final assessment roll
Meeting Schedule

March: Annual appeal hearings for property tax assessments

July & December: Reviews and corrects clerical errors or mutual mistakes of fact
📌 July and December meetings are by appointment only and must be scheduled through the Township Office.
